Strong communication skills and ability to represent the brand in professional settings.

Description

Marubishi Corporation, the developer of Toma-Top, an innovative retractable hardtop windshield for flybridge yachts, is seeking an Independent Sales Representative to expand our presence in the U.S. market. This is a contract role (consultant/freelancer/manufacturers Rep), ideal for a driven sales professional with strong connections in the yachting industry who thrives on creating opportunities rather than waiting for leads. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities with boat builders, marinas, shipyards, brokers and yacht owners. Effectively follow-up with leads generated through marketing efforts, etc.in a timely manner. Coordinate on all technical aspects of the project with Toma-Top Technical consultant in order to complete the sale. Oversee installation of Toma-Top in coordination with Technical Consultant. Represent Toma-Top at USSA & MIASF events, applicable trade association meetings, local boat shows and regional networking opportunities. Maintain an active, professional presence on LinkedIn to build brand awareness of the Toma-Top and generate new contacts. Support efforts by attending select industry trade events. Leverage industry knowledge of flybridge yachts and components to educate prospects and close sales.
