Description
The International Yacht Brokers Association (IYBA) is seeking a dynamic and strategic Executive Director to lead and optimize the organization’s day-to-day operations while advancing its mission to support and elevate the global yacht brokerage industry. IYBA is the world’s largest organization of professional yacht brokers and affiliate member totaling 2,000 members globally. The Executive Director will serve as a key partner to the Board of Directors, translating strategic vision into operational execution, enhancing member value, and ensuring organizational efficiency, growth, and financial sustainability.
