Position Overview

We are seeking Mobile Marine Repair Technicians. Whether you're a seasoned marine professional or someone with solid boating/yachting experience looking to grow into the industry, we encourage you to apply. This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing onboard systems — including mechanical, electrical (AC/DC), plumbing, and hydraulic components. If you enjoy problem-solving, take pride in your workmanship, and love working around boats, this could be an excellent fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mobile service, repairs, and routine maintenance on a wide range of marine systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and hydraulic issues efficiently.
• Provide clear documentation and communicate findings to both management and customers.
• Represent Hartman Yacht Maintenance with professionalism and a strong customer-service mindset.
• Maintain safety standards and an organized work environment in the field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the industry.
• Possession of own basic tools.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work outdoors in a marine environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude. 
• Stable work history; we value reliable, long-term team members.
