Whether you're a seasoned marine professional or someone with solid boating/yachting experience looking to grow into the industry, we encourage you to apply. This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing onboard systems — including mechanical, electrical (AC/DC), plumbing, and hydraulic components. If you enjoy problem-solving, take pride in your workmanship, and love working around boats, this could be an excellent fit. Key Responsibilities Perform mobile service, repairs, and routine maintenance on a wide range of marine systems. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and hydraulic issues efficiently. Provide clear documentation and communicate findings to both management and customers. Represent Hartman Yacht Maintenance with professionalism and a strong customer-service mindset. Maintain safety standards and an organized work environment in the field.
