Key Responsibilities • Dealer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with boat dealers, marinas, and repair facilities. • Product Training: Lead lunch-and-learns, ride-and-drives, and technical training sessions for dealer sales and service teams. • Merchandising: Manage showroom displays, POP materials, and overall brand presentation. • Market Feedback: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and inventory levels; communicate actionable insights to HCG leadership and manufacturing partners. • Sales Development: Work with distribution partners to identify opportunities, close gaps, and create dealer demand. • Events: Represent HCG at trade shows, open houses, dealer events, and industry functions. What You Bring • Passion for the marine and outdoor lifestyle. • Ability and willingness to travel throughout the territory (up to 50%). • Strong presentation and relationship-building skills, from formal training sessions to one-on-one conversations in the field. • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently. • 2+ years of experience in sales, dealer development, technical support, or related roles within the marine or powersports industries.

We are seeking a high-energy Dealer Development Representative to join our Florida team. In this role, you will build the relationships and market presence that keep our brands top-of-mind. Acting as the link between our manufacturing partners, wholesale distributors, OEMs, and retail dealers, you will drive product awareness, dealer engagement, and sales growth across the state. The Mission Drive brand preference and product pull-through at the dealer level. You will train dealer staff, strengthen showroom presence, and ensure our products remain a preferred choice for boaters and outdoor enthusiasts.
