Qualifications
-Technical Certifications as a Marine Electrical Technician from technical college, the ABYC Certificate Program or related program. -Proven experience as a marine electrician or marine electrical technician. -Strong knowledge of marine electrical systems, AC/DC circuits, and vessel control systems. -Experience with both 110V and 220V AC systems. -Ability to read technical drawings and wiring schematics. -Familiarity with safety regulations and maritime electrical codes. -Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. -Physical ability to work in confined spaces and challenging marine environments as well as the ability to lift up to 80 pounds. -Italian language skills is preferred but not required. -Must be able to work in the United States and have a valid U.S. Passport -Willingness for international travel

Company Description: G&G Luxury Yachts is a yacht electrical company that performs service and maintanence of fleet vessels from Italian clients such as San Lorenzo and Riva Yachts. The parent company, Enernautica S.r.l, is the leading yacht electrical and systems engineering company servicing both San Lorenzo and Riva for all of their electrical needs with their new construction projects. G&G Yachts is also involved with electrical refit and repair for private clients in South Florida and brings expetise on European yachts with more than 20 years of experience. Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role based in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area for a Marine Electrical Technician. The role involves assisting with the maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical and monitoring systems on luxury yachts. The technician will gain familiarity with European production yachts that Enernautica services including San Lorenzo and Riva Yachts. The technician will receive additional qualifications and vocational training on certain marine systems and brands such as Böning Ship Automation, DEIF Monitoring Systems, CMC Marine Equipment, among others. Key Responsibilities: -Install, maintain, and repair marine electrical systems, including lighting, navigation, communication, propulsion, and monitoring systems. -Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults using appropriate tools and procedures. -Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all onboard electrical equipment. -Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals. -Ensure compliance with marine safety regulations and company standards. -Collaborate with other technicians and engineers on vessel upgrades and repairs. -Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
