Description

This is an in-store sales position focused on assisting customers through the boat buying process from start to finish. The ideal candidate is outgoing, proactive in seeking customers, and passionate about boating. This role may require working out of different dealership locations as needed and includes weekend availability. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on-site at the dealership Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right boats Guide customers through the sales process, including product education, pricing, and closing Conduct boat walk-throughs and assist with on-water demonstrations when needed Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships Work closely with management, finance, and service teams to ensure a seamless experience Maintain product knowledge on all boat lines and current inventory Assist with dealership events, promotions, and boat shows as needed Keep showroom and display areas clean, organized, and presentable
