Doug West is the President and General Manager of Yacht Services for Willis Custom Yachts and serves as Chairman of the Marine Industries Association of South Florida.

Doug previously served as President/CEO at Lauderdale Marine Center and President of Rybovich Boat Company, in West Palm Beach from 2006 to 2015. He also served on the Board of Directors for The Marine Industries Association of Palm Beach County from 2009 to 2015.

He held senior level executive positions with Blockbuster Entertainment, AutoNation U.S.A. and Xpress Cash Financial Services.

Doug earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston where he attended on a football scholarship.
