Bill Walker

Bill Walker is CEO/President of Water Taxi of Fort Lauderdale LLC. Bill serves on the Chamber of Commerce board and co-chairs the Marine Advisory Council for the Chamber. He is very involved in other boards including Winterfest, Children’s Diagnostic Center, Riverwalk, and Birch State Park. Bill has served on the City Marine Advisory Board and is Vice President of the Massachusetts Maritime Academy Foundation raising significant funds for education. Water Taxi was purchased in late 2007 with a focus on branding, growth, community, and corporate partnerships. It has become the signature service in the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood area as a tourist destination and private transportation system. This system is the largest mover of people in Broward with one of the signature events being the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show where Water Taxi moves over 85,000 for the show. This is one of the guests best rated experience for the show.
