On Friday, August 21, members of the Broward Workforce Development Board held a socially distant car parade celebrating 44 years of service by retiring CareerSource Broward President/CEO, Mason Jackson. Jackson is succeeded by Carol Hylton as President/CEO.

Jackson is regarded as one of the state's leading workforce CEOs, honored with numerous awards for his innovative leadership, including the Florida Economic Development Council's Toni Jennings Workforce Development Professional of the Year Award in 2012, the top statewide honor for workforce development professionals.
