Telemar Yachting is specialized in the design of bespoke navigation and communication systems, custom bridges, airtime solutions and more. Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Growth opportunities Modern office setting Traveling Opportunities Responsibilities: - Prospect and hunt for new leads and opportunities to build the sales pipeline via phone (cold calling), research, in-person meetings, network, referrals, and leverage existing customer relationships. - Manage all aspects of sales production including input in marketing efforts. - Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets. -Create, monitor, adjust an annual revenue business plan. -Build, grow and maintain a strong pipeline to ensure revenue expectations are met. - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. - Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support. - Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and monitor performance. - Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability. Networking: - Attend all Marine Industry networking events including member organizations. - Prospect and hunt for new leads and opportunities to build the sales pipeline via phone (cold calling), research, in-person meetings, network, referrals, and leverage existing customer relationships. - Enhance awareness of Telemar’s products with vessel owners/operators, yacht management companies, related trade partners, shipyards, and system integrators. Build strategic relationships with key industry stakeholders within existing and new markets. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales revenue goals and performance objectives. - Work with the product development team by helping to define new product specifications according to market needs. - Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions. - Demonstrated success in outside sales and account management. - Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software.
