Job Description for Marine Parts & Customer Care Associate

Responsible for providing support internally to the parts, service, and sales departments, as well as assisting customers. Experience & Responsibilities: Full Time M-F | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Strong boat systems, Yamaha, Mercury, Honda, and Suzuki engine experience needed. Strong organizational, time management &, multitasking skills a must Proactive, self starter, team player Ordering parts/supplies, tracking parts to work orders, keeping a clean/organized parts dept. Conducting full Inventory control, matching up packing slips/purchase orders, etc Strong computer skills: generating work orders, invoices, emails, electronic calendar, etc Assisting and maintaining good professional communication with customers on updates and order status Maintaining organized records Processing/shipping warranty parts/labor claims Boat driving/handling/docking experience a PLUS We are a family owned and operated Scout & Caymas Boats, Mercury, Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki dealership w/ busy sales, service, and parts departments. Customer service and a safe workplace are our highest priorities. We have been in business for over 30 years and are looking for the right person to join our team!

Strong Boat Systems, Mercury, Yamaha Outboards experience Customer service: Min 1 year / Marine Industry: 1 year
