Job Description for Job Foreman

Gillen Yacht Services has recently opened a branch location in Palm Beach and is looking for a working Job Foreman with experience on large yachts. The right candidate will oversee a crew of 5 technicians providing yacht maintenance and refit projects. Primary focus of this operation will be engine room ventilation, mechanical, thrusters, stabilizers, AC and electrical services. The Palm Beach staff will be supported or supplemented by various technicians from the Ft Lauderdale headquarters as various project needs may dictate. Qualifications for Job Foreman

Previous boatyard experience / shipyard experience. Must have previous management experience of people and projects in a boatyard
