Job Description for Yacht Agent

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Yacht Agent to join our team. This role involves processing vessel entries and clearances, ensuring all required documentation is filed with customs, immigration, and port authorities. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office and have strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with cloud services and Google Drive a plus. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required, along with the ability to lift 40-50 lbs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining shipping and receiving packages for vessels. Familiarity with port state compliance, marinas, or the yachting industry is a plus.
