Kathleen Hagan

Katie Hagan is the Owner and Chief Operating Officer of FHG Marine Engineering, as well as the current Young Professionals in Yachting USA Volunteer Chair. At 19, Katie circumnavigated the globe working as Assistant Librarian aboard the MV Explorer disembarking in Port Everglades. Eight year later in 2018, Katie returned to co-found FHG Marine Engineering, specializing in yacht and ship maintenance. As COO, she oversees sales, marketing, HR, finance, social responsibility, and strategic development. She is also a member of USSA, WISTA, an Executive Club partner of Eco-Mer’s Yachts du Coeur in France, and Ambassador for She of the Sea.
