International Yacht Brokers Association
With more than 1800 members and growing, the International Yacht Brokers Association (IYBA) is the world's largest trade association for the yacht brokerage and charter industry. Established in 1987 and formerly known as The Florida Yacht Brokers Association, IYBA is dedicated to professionalism and ethics in all aspects of Yacht transactions. IYBA members enjoy the support of the association in promoting solid business practices, legislative efforts, networking with other industry professionals, and educational opportunities. Additionally, our mission is to provide our members with the tools and resources they need to help them be successful in a constantly evolving and increasingly competitive international marketplace. IYBA also co-owns the Miami Yacht Show, held each February at the peak of the all-important winter boat show season. As the association's signature event, the Miami Yacht Show features extraordinary, multi-million dollar displays including some of the world's most innovative and uniquely designed superyachts offered by top international builders and brokerage firms.

Safe Harbor Lauderdale Marine Center
Safe Harbor Lauderdale Marine Center is the premier recreational yacht service facility in the US, the largest in the US, with over 65 acres of wet and dry slips, ideal for vessels in the 80-170' range to accommodate vessels up to 210' with a hauling capacity up to 485 tons. In addition to a keen focus on Customer Experience, every marine trade category is represented on-site, and the marina and boatyard is also home to yacht builders' North American service center headquarters, brokerage, crew placement, chandleries, an on-site waterfront restaurant, crew amenities and more. Captains and vessel representatives have the opportunity to lead their own vessel projects with hundreds of authorized contractors and service providers.
The addition of the adjacent property across the New River, which is formerly known as ‘South Fork' and has been newly rebuilt, is now referred to as the North Marina: a welcomed complement to the main property. The North Marina provides an additional 24 in-water slips for marina dockage, accommodating vessels 80-150'. As is the case with the rest of the Safe Harbor Lauderdale Marine Center property, this serves as a storm refuge, an amenity for marine brokerage and on-site captains' meetings and is designated a Florida Clean Marina & Marine Foreign Trade Zone.
As part of the Safe Harbor Marinas network that has over 130 in-network premier waterfront destinations, the largest of its kind anywhere in the world, vessels have access to the Safe Harbor Marinas experience across the contiguous United States and Puerto Rico.
