Intracoastal Dredging Updates

As the Florida Inland Navigation District (FIND) undertakes the dredging of the Intracoastal Waterway in Fort Lauderdale, you can check here for the latest information on the progress, location of the dredge barge or other updates critical for mariners navigating the area. For inquiries or to report navigation issues, send an email to ????@??????.??? or contact the US Coast Guard at ???-???-????.

From time to time mariners will encounter a lock-down for maintenance or repairs to local bridges. When ever possible, these lock-downs are scheduled and announced by Notice to Mariners from the US Coast Guard Bridge Division.

In South Florida, boaters are all too accustomed to the trains and railroad bridges that cross the waterways at various points.
